Slope is calculated as the change in y divided by the change in x (rise over run) between the two points. The y-intercept is found by solving the slope-intercept equation (y = mx + b) for b using one of your points. The angle of incline converts the slope into degrees using the arctangent function.
A vertical line (where both points share the same x-coordinate) has an undefined slope, since the change in x is zero and division by zero isn't defined. The line's equation is simply x = (that x-coordinate).
A slope of 0 means the line is perfectly horizontal, y stays the same regardless of x.
