To convert Celsius to Fahrenheit, the formula is: °F = (°C × 9/5) + 32. For example, 20°C converts to (20 × 9/5) + 32 = 68°F. To convert Fahrenheit to Celsius, the reverse formula is: °C = (°F − 32) × 5/9.
To convert Celsius to Kelvin, simply add 273.15: K = °C + 273.15. Kelvin has no negative values, since 0 K (−273.15°C) represents absolute zero, the theoretical point where all molecular motion stops.

Converting 37°C (normal human body temperature) to Fahrenheit: (37 × 9/5) + 32 = 66.6 + 32 = 98.6°F. Converting that same 37°C to Kelvin is simpler, just add 273.15: 37 + 273.15 = 310.15 K, no multiplication needed since Kelvin and Celsius share the same degree size, just a different zero point.
Applying the same multiply-and-add formula to Kelvin as to Fahrenheit, Kelvin only needs addition (K = °C + 273.15), there's no multiplication step since a Kelvin and a Celsius degree are the same size.
Forgetting that a 'one degree' change means something different in each scale, a 1°C change equals a 1.8°F change but only a 1 K change, this matters when reasoning about a temperature difference rather than an absolute reading.
Reporting a negative Kelvin value, Kelvin has no negative numbers in physical reality, since 0 K is absolute zero, a negative result signals an input or conversion error rather than a valid temperature.
